- All Lindexer subscription plans come with unlimited number of users. Because we think collaboration is key.
- Choose the professional plan if you need 1 or 2 systematic literature reviews, and the Business plan if you need 3-10 reviews.
- If you need more than 10 projects, please contact us for the Enterprise plan conditions.
Yes, our consultancy team at Lindexer performs a free-of-charge analysis of your current data structure and proposes a pathway to easily integrate your data.
The workspace owner needs to supply and manage the billing details. This does not have to be the same person as the project owners or editors who conduct the systematic literature reviews. Workspace ownership can be transferred if necessary.
Lindexer accepts credit card and Google pay payments via our Stripe integration.
- Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless canceled. You will receive advance notice via email that a subscription will renew soon.
- When your subscription has valid payment details, the subscription will renew automatically. If this is not the case anymore, Stripe will contact you to update your payment details.

Our subscription plans are project-based. So you can work on a literature review with as many people as you like, in 3 different roles (owner, editor, guest). All subscription plans offer full functionality.
Lindexer offers 3 different subscription plans, to be selected based on the number of projects you wish to create under one workspace. They all come with the same features, so no restrictions there.
- Professional plan, for a workspace up to 2 projects
- Business plan, for a workspace with 3 projects or more
- Enterprise plan, for a workspace with 10 projects or more. The enterprise plan is subject to an intake with the Lindexer sales team, comes with a custom quote, and usually also includes robust training and onboarding program to get larger teams up to speed.
